1. What This Policy Covers
This Submission Policy covers any materials sent through Luna x Publishing forms or related communications, including demos, unreleased recordings, released tracks, lyrics, beats, compositions, metadata, split information, publishing details, royalty summaries, catalog documents, audiovisual works, pitch decks, project briefs, sync requests, business proposals, and links to third-party platforms.
2. No Confidentiality by Default
Unless Luna x Publishing expressly agrees otherwise in a separate signed writing, submissions made through this website are not confidential, privileged, or proprietary as against Luna x Publishing merely because you label them confidential.
3. Rights and Clearances
By submitting material, you represent that you own or control all rights, permissions, licenses, approvals, and clearances needed for us to receive, access, copy, review, evaluate, and internally share the material. This includes rights related to compositions, masters, samples, vocals, artwork, names, likenesses, metadata, and third-party collaborators.
4. Review and Evaluation
You authorize Luna x Publishing, its affiliates, employees, contractors, advisors, representatives, and relevant business partners to receive, store, access, copy internally, transmit internally, review, and evaluate your submission for creative, business, operational, legal, administrative, publishing, licensing, and rights-management purposes.
5. No Obligation
Submitting material does not require Luna x Publishing to review it, respond to it, keep it, return it, preserve it, compensate you, provide feedback, register your work, pitch your music, accept you onto a roster, or enter into any agreement.
6. Similar Materials
Luna x Publishing, Luna Studios, our writers, producers, artists, clients, affiliates, contractors, and partners may already have received, developed, represented, pitched, licensed, or later create materials similar to your submission. Similarity alone does not create liability or establish copying, access, ownership, compensation, or any relationship.
7. Publishing and Licensing Requests
For sync and licensing requests, you are responsible for providing accurate project details, intended use, territory, media, term, budget, deadlines, and contact information. For songwriter or producer submissions, you are responsible for providing accurate authorship, ownership, release status, collaborator, and rights information.
8. Prohibited Submissions
Do not submit material that infringes third-party rights, includes uncleared samples, violates privacy or publicity rights, contains malware, misrepresents ownership, contains unlawful content, or is submitted without permission from all necessary rights holders.
9. Removal Requests and Retention
You may ask us to remove a submission from general intake systems through the Luna x Publishing contact form. We may retain records where reasonably necessary for legal, compliance, dispute, archival, rights-management, or business-record purposes.
10. Separate Agreements Control
If you later sign a publishing, administration, licensing, songwriter, producer, catalog, confidentiality, or other written agreement with Luna x Publishing or a related entity, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this Submission Policy.
